Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
Re: Our sublimation printing wear MOQ is 100pcs per design mixed sizes. Plain wear MOQ is 200pcs per color.We are willing to start with small quantity for test order.

Q: Can we make sample and what’s the cost and leadtime ?
Re: Yes, we can make samples for your testing before you place an bulk order.Rough sample cost USD40-50 per piece, exact sample cost need to confirm with your specification. Sample cost will be refund once your order up to 500 pieces.It takes about 5-7workdays for sampling.

Q: Do you have design team?
Re: Yes, we have design team to help you create design base on your ideas or pictures. They can work independently to suggest the construction, proper materials, accessories as well as product performance and appearance…

Q: What is the lead time of a bulk order?
Re: Bulk order takes 3-4 weeks after pp sample and everything approved.

Q: Do you have QC process in mass production ?

Re: Yes, we do. All products you order will be 100% QC, one by one.

Q: What about the shipment and how do you charge?
Re: It can be by express, air or sea. The charge depends on agreed delivery terms, weight or CBM as well as the destination you want.
